Glossary

What is an XML Sitemap?

An XML sitemap lists important URLs so search engines can discover and crawl them faster.

Sitemaps do not replace strong internal linking, but help large or new sites. They should contain canonical, indexable URLs and stay current. Glossary and blog indexes plus detail pages belong in them.
