What is Keyword Difficulty?
Keyword difficulty estimates how hard it is to rank at the top for a keyword.
High difficulty usually means strong competitors and more authority/content depth. For newer domains, striking-distance and long-tail keywords are often more realistic. Difficulty alone does not replace SERP analysis: features and intent matter.
